Is this a good workout routine to follow during the off season?

I’m 14, 5’8′ 135 lbs.
Monday: Jump rope, push ups, sit ups. Stick handling.
Tuesday: Inclined treadmill sprints, squat jumps.
Wednesday: Push ups, crunches, trampoline.
Thursday: Jumping from side to side over a slightly elevated object using both feet, or one foot. Wall sits and stick handling.
Friday: Endurance run, 3 miles.
Saturday: Trampoline, play a game of golf and rest.
Sunday: Rest, play some golf or sports.
I would be doing these exercises for 40 minutes per day or however long they take. I DO NOT own weights, so I need some alternative things for my triceps/biceps. Recommendations are appreciated. Any good, easy exercises I am missing?, more

Should I buy a new golf driver? TM 07 Burner?

Ok well I just started golfing, and I’m absolutely in love with it. Although when I drive the ball it slices to the right. I currently have some older hand-me-down clubs, I’ve heard some people say a new driver completely corrected their slice. I plan on having some lessons to become better, and I’m embarrassed of my older clubs. Should I get a new driver? And on golfsmith.com the TM 07 Burner is the 2nd highest selling product, good price, anyone own the club? Should I get it? Any other suggestions?, more

Girlfriend goes on vacation, comes back and breaks up with me. Im a mess right now! what should i do?

A few weeks ago my girlfriend of 8 months went on vacation. Prior to her leaving, things were PERFECT. I was madly in love with this girl. I was convinced we had a strong relationship. She came back and broke up with me. She started making up weird irrelevant reasons as to why we shouldnt be together. I heard through the grapevine that while on vacation she ran into a former b/f, they started talking again and hit it off. Now they are in constant contact and are planning trips back and forth to visit eachother. I am so sad over this break up. Everything i do reminds me of her. Every song on my ipod reminds me of the music her and i listned to. When my phone rings i expect it to be her but its someone else. Theres clothes i refuse to wear because she bought them for me. I cant eat at the restruants her and i used to eat it because they remind me of her. Everything i do reminds me of her! to make matters worse, all of my co workers are in seemingly happy relationships and they constantly discuss them while at work, and it makes me sad. I am having a hard time moving on. I just want things to go back to how they were, which i know isnt going to happen. I need to find a way to move on. Im trying all sorts of things but nothing works. I started golfing and going to the gym more often and while doing those things im fine but as soon as im done im right back to misery. I really need a way to get over her. any ideas?, more

Does my friend like my crush?

Okay over the past days my friend has been acting weird..Let’s call her, Maria. A month and a half ago I told her I like this guy and she was ok with it. Until she actually met him. First she said he was cute and stuff and until one day we were sitting down and she told me she really liked. After playing with my emotions she said she was joking. Then after that all she ever told me was that she hates him. She stands in front of his house (when the window is open-and he is in the front room a lot) and shakes her head going like “What a loserrr.” When we walk past him she says..what a loser. All the time. His mom always bothers him and it makes him pissed and she laughs and said he deserves it. (This kid lives on my street by the way-and she doesn’t even know him). Today she said she wants to hit him with my golf club. I think its weird because when she told me that one day she liked him me and 2 other friends agreed she probably wasn’t lying. Then, a couple days ago him and his friend were walking down the street and she was telling me she’ll talk to him for me, because I was a little afrid too. After begging her not to she picks up my home phone and stands infront of his driveway yelling “”IM GONNA TELL HIM!” Over and over again. My other friend was with me and we kinda walked away and started talking. Then when he walked up to his house his friends looked at us for a while, Then at her screaming and kinda ran behind his car and inside. Does she really hate him, or is trying to cover up something?

The ordinary citizens are getting too uppiddy and are voting down our wonderful vision for corporate rule. We need more profits and less taxes for corporations, especially the profits for doctors, hospitals, drugs and such. People just don’t understand the tradition of we Repugs anymore. What do I need to do?

I’m a 15 year old female. I’m 5’4 and 135 pounds. My mom says it’s muscle, and my calfs, and arms I would agree. But, my stomach is a muffin top. I’ve been working on it over this summer, I play soccer, so i’ve been doing some running to condition. I do situps and pushups at night, but is there anything else I should be doing?? I also ride my bike to work, it’s about a 10 minute ride. And I ride it back home. I play golf three times a week as well..but nothing has really changed with my stomach.
