Is this a good workout routine to follow during the off season?
I’m 14, 5’8′ 135 lbs.
Monday: Jump rope, push ups, sit ups. Stick handling.
Tuesday: Inclined treadmill sprints, squat jumps.
Wednesday: Push ups, crunches, trampoline.
Thursday: Jumping from side to side over a slightly elevated object using both feet, or one foot. Wall sits and stick handling.
Friday: Endurance run, 3 miles.
Saturday: Trampoline, play a game of golf and rest.
Sunday: Rest, play some golf or sports.
I would be doing these exercises for 40 minutes per day or however long they take. I DO NOT own weights, so I need some alternative things for my triceps/biceps. Recommendations are appreciated. Any good, easy exercises I am missing?, more
