I am building a cart to pull equipment onto the beach. The cart has rubber tires on it now, and I want to change the tire to 10″ pneumatic tires for the easier pull. I don’t know how to remove the first set of wheels. The end piece looks like a tiny fedora hat, has two indentions on the sides that hold it on. How do I remove these? And how do I put the other wheels on?, more
