Hi guys,
So my fella has a golf which I’ve been borrowing whilst he’s away. He had it serviced a few weeks ago and spent around £600 on other bits and pieces, needed new spark plugs, timing belt etc etc
The garage said at the time it was burning oil but they thought they had solved the problem. Did say to bring it back in a few weeks to check levels etc. Since then though i’ve already had to top it up and it seems to be burning oil quick.
Any ideas what this might be? Best and worst case scenarios and some idea of costs if possible?

Also, doesn’t seem to be smoking and no “unusual” noises that I’ve noticed., more
